International Financial and Legal Consulting LLC and Artur Ioffe Law Office are two legal entities specializing in providing legal services and having common management.

International Financial and Legal Consulting LLC was founded in 1999. Due to enactment, effective 01.01.2019, of Ukrainian legislation concerning representation in court solely via attorneys, we decided to establish a law office that would provide the full range of legal services including representation in court, and would allow increasing the quality of these services by additionally utilizing the opportunities provided by legislation that regulates the practice of law.

20 years of experience in providing legal services is the best indicator of customer trust and of a responsible, highly professional approach to the solution of any legal problems. We build our work on the principles of reliability, professionalism, confidentiality, promptness, independence, trust, responsibility, individual approach to every client, and high quality of our services. It is also worth emphasizing that one of our characteristic features is thorough handling of any matters that envisages, in addition to the analysis of a problem for compliance with legislative requirements, the suggestion of alternative options and recommendations concerning the problem at hand to provide the most cost-effective solution to the client.

The main area of our specialization is legal support of businesses. The universality of our legal services manifests itself in the broad range of aspects we handle in commercial activities of legal entities, including establishment and registration of companies, as well as the problems in daily activity of businesses, including taxation aspects, bankruptcy and foreign economic operations.
